Along with her cosmetology license, Nicole possesses extensive knowledge in various color theory lines, including Redken, Inoa, and Goldwell. She is also well-versed in the Kerastase and Oribe styling product lines.

Nicole specializes in balayage and layered cuts, combining her technical expertise with a keen eye for detail to create stunning, personalized looks for her clients.

Brooke Myers

Mastering Style with Family Values and a Passion for Personalized Beauty

Brooke Myers is a professional stylist and colorist known for men’s and children’s haircuts, while also loving women’s hair—whether it’s short or long. She specializes in using color to personalize every look, bringing out each client’s personality so they leave feeling uniquely seen and confident.

Raised in the salon, Brooke grew up watching her mother master the craft, sparking her passion for beauty early on. After high school, she refined her skills at the Aveda Institute in Indianapolis, deepening her expertise in styling and color.

Outside the chair, Brooke is a devoted wife and busy mom of three—often found cheering on the sidelines at her kids’ sporting events. In the salon, she brings fun, laughter, and strong family values, helping clients look and feel their best while also teaching them how to recreate their favorite styles at home for a truly welcoming, uplifting experience.

Hailee, a proud graduate of Michiana Beauty School, specializes in blonding, highlights, formal styling, and precision haircuts for both men and women. Her dedication to her craft is evident in her approach, taking time to provide thorough consultations and actively listening to her clients. This commitment ensures each guest feels comfortable and valued, fostering strong relationships built on trust and satisfaction.

Hailee continuously hones her skills through advanced education, including courses from Redken, Wella, Oribe, Kerastase, and the Goldwell Color line. She also participates in classes at the Chicago Hair Show and various online courses, staying updated with the latest trends and techniques in haircuts, coloring, and styling.

Her go-to products reflect her expertise and dedication to quality: Oribe Dry Texture Spray, which adds volume and movement, and Kerastase Elixir Oil, keeping hair moisturized and shiny throughout the day. “Each individual has a beautiful and unique style, I am just here to help them enhance it” says, Wes BeMiller. Wes joined Salon Rouge over 7 years ago and has since become one of our salon educators.

Wes specializes in natural color, haircuts, and he consults with each guest in determining what will compliment their features.

Outside of Salon Rouge’s extensive training program, he has trained with Kerastase Paris, Alfaparf, and Paul Mitchell. When not working, Wes enjoys playing his guitar and golfing.

Vanessa Berkey is a Tyfini Beauty School graduate and a true lash-extension specialist, known for precision application and long-lasting retention. She creates classic, hybrid, and volume sets customized to your vibe—from a bold Cat Eye to soft Baby Doll or playful anime-inspired styles.

Gigi Bluhm is a stylist with 10 years of experience, known for amazing blowouts, expert eyebrow shaping, and a special talent for working with long, thick hair—turning it into a polished, camera-ready look that frames your face beautifully.

Trained at the Aveda Institute in Indianapolis, Gigi has styled in areas like Carmel and Broad Ripple before returning north to be closer to her family—now proudly at Salon Rouge. She’s the “#1 Auntie,” loves thrifting and travel, and brings that same warmth, fun energy, and personal touch to every appointment.

Silvy Martinez

Hair Stylist

Silvy is an exceptional stylist and wax specialist, with a talent for crafting beautiful hair that showcases richly colored balayage techniques. She has a unique knack for taming curly tresses and creating precise cuts for textured hair.

What makes Silvy even more special is her lively personality and bilingual skills, which are an added bonus for our clients, enhancing their overall experience at the salon. Currently, Silvy divides her time, working part-time while pursuing her bachelor’s degree at St. Mary’s College, showcasing her dedication to both her education and her passion for making clients look and feel their best.

Antonio is a stylist dedicated to a creative approach to hair. This dedication has led him to study under TONI&GUY, Vidal Sassoon, Redken, and L’Oreal global educators.

He is a precision cutter with a creative eye for design and hair color. Antonio specializes in cut, color and styling for women and men. He is committed that when you leave the salon you look great and even better, feel beautiful.

From Romania with Love. Nicoleta Klebusits has the Midas touch when it comes to beautifully manicured fingers and toes. A nail technician for over twenty years, she has extensively trained in the fine arts of nail wizardry.

Nicoleta has her certification in reflexology and provides an excellent pressure point manicure and pedicure. Add hot towels and a relaxing massage and ay ya yay, you’ll be back for seconds.

Nicoleta also specializes in shellac manicures, they last for two weeks, the miracle manicure. Sanitation is number one in her books, you’ll be safe and sound in her hands.
